Designation: Learning and Development Coach/HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

To document the L&D requirements by BU and to assess employees’ L&D needs and to ensure that all employees have an agreed training plan

To facilitate the L&D programs for each BU including a plan, external support where required and costs and to develop an overall training calendar to address common L&D requirements

To provide communication/office etiquette training to all new groups of employees and to provide one to one communication support for employees as required.

Assist in activities involving setting up policies and procedures for coaching and training and in establishing a robust in -house training facility.

To design and complete a feedback and reporting process to understand the effectiveness of the training and to ensure continuous improvement and to establish performance metrics and service levels.

Should have experience in personally having delivered trainings on accent neutralization, conference call, e-mail etiquette.

To be able to do research on and get the correct external vendor for technical trainings requested by business.

In cases where employees are new or where managers are handling a team for the first time, should be able to assess and recommend trainings to meet their current needs.

While the role is primarily that of a trainer, 30% of the work profile will involve HR work and hence experience in taking coaching and 1-0-1 sessions for employees, involvement in employee engagement activities/ any recruitment experience, any process related HR activities such payroll may also entail a smaller part of the role.

Age – 23 to 26

Experience:

-  Should be having at least 3-4 years in training in a well known MNC

-  Exposure to handling HR work such as recruitment/employee engagement/reports will be an advantage

Skills:

-          Training/HR certifications acquired will be an advantage

-       100% fluency in English language expected

-       Should have the ability to work independently with business stakeholders to assess their training requirements

-     Important to be able to work in teams without conflict

Qualification:

-          Graduation in an HR related field is preferred
