Projects, Transition, BCP, Business Measures and Analysis.
Job Description
1) Project Management for new projects coming up in the organization – transitioning new processes from onshore business units and supporting projects within agreed timelines.
2) Drive measurement and analysis initiatives for the company – review and develop standard operations metrics in the company. Drive identification of critical business measures for each respective process.
3) Business Continuity Planning - driving BCP awareness for the organization, developing BC/DR plans for business units, performing BCP audits and managing dry runs.
4) Develop detailed process maps for each business unit.
KRA:
1) Desire to identify issues, raise concerns and work effectively to improve processes
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Education: Graduates/Post graduation with relevant knowledge of operational measurement design and application including Elapsed Time, SPC, Variation control, etc. Ideally have a grounding in Lean Servicing Methodology and application
2) Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience
3) Project Management certification
4) Multi-tasking and ability to work with tight deadlines
5) Good interpersonal & communication skills
6) Ability to interface with senior management from the U.S., UK and Canada
7) Six Sigma black belt certification
