Responsibilities

HR Data reporting and management:

-          This is an extremely critical part of this role and the candidate should be exceptional in not just excel and power point skills but should also have had experience in extensively working on attrition reports and all HR data reports such as leave, provident fund, tax declaration payroll, claims and re-imbursement reports, attendance data, analyzing data coming in from exit interviews and interpreting the results of the same, calculating and predicting how much attrition the organization with end the year with at the current rate, maintaining and updating the employee database which has all employee details .

-          Conversant with making recruitment reports and employee salary reports in excel and analyzing them and putting a presentation on the suggestions/recommendations in a word document.

-          The candidate should be exceptional at pulling out a power point presentation in a very short time based on raw data available in excel sheets. Additionally, if the candidate has experience in making fun/creative mailers using computer graphics, it will be an added advantage.

Recruitment:

-          Should have handled recruitment processes extensively including sourcing from online portals – from sourcing profiles to scheduling and conducting interviews to making the final offer to the candidates.

Other Responsibilities as part of this Role:

-          A candidate who has some experience in running employee satisfaction surveys from end to end.

Some work done on retention Plans for the organization

-          Succession Planning

-          Running a rewards and recognition program from end to end

-          Reviewing and maintaining the employee handbook

-          Familiar with and taking employee sessions on HR policy

Experience:

-          Should be having solid experience in HR data reporting and recruitment in a well known MNC

-          Candidate should have had experience in personally working on and taking out reports from HR software systems such as SAP/Oracle/People Soft

-          Any additional HR experience such as managing the medical insurance for employees, background verification, employee benefits experience is also good

Skills:

-       Experience in using psychometric tests for recruitment is preferred

-       100% fluency in English language expected

-       Should have the ability to work independently with business stakeholders to assess and meet their HR needs

-       Important to be able to work in teams without conflict

Qualification:

-          Graduation in an HR related field is preferred
