Job Description:

Consultant to format data sets, power point presentations with basic graphics and secondary research skills on prospect companies/ clients/ industry. This position is based in Bangalore. Primary responsibility is formatting existing data sets / power point presentations, preparing templates as well as researching and producing reports using various external and internal data sources and report in the research template.

Responsibilities:

• Formatting data sets and power point presentations. This includes the following tasks:
  • Reforming old data sets using existing templates
  • Formatting old power point presentations and documents using existing formatting rules
  • Creation of management reports in PowerPoint and Word that are “executive level” ready
  • Research data sources including Hoovers, D&B, OneSource, Factiva, Forrester, Gartner, etc.,
  • Extraction of data from salesforce.com
• Creation of reports on:
  • Company profiling
  • Competitive Intelligence reporting
  • Client Research & Relationship Mapping
  • Industry Research
  • Other

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Access)
• Knowledge of Template designing and Graphic designing
• Familiarity with 3^rd party data sources – Hoovers, Factiva, Onesource, Factiva, AM Best, DataStream, etc.,
• Familiarity with salesforce.com
• Basic Secondary Research skills
• Good communication skills
• Customer relationship skills
• Logical thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of sales & marketing processes
• “Can do” attitude, flexibility, ability to respond quickly and creatively to changing requirements
