<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Perform data analysis on P&amp;L reports of various business units &amp; countries to a defined standard</li>
<li>Carry out analysis to a defined standards &amp; processes for multiple business unit, countries and suppliers</li>
<li>Set up templates that will be required to present the financial analysis</li>
<li>Develop and improve standards &amp; processes for carrying out analysis on multiple business units countries and suppliers</li>
<li>Work with teams globally to gather financial data and build a repository of financial data</li>
<li>Monitor and report against key performance indicators, performance targets and trend data across relevant business units</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>BAU Activities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out checks for data integrity</li>
<li>Carry out financial analysis of the data including relevant reconciliation process</li>
<li>Present performance against budgets and other targets</li>
<li>Prepare monthly Supplier Performance Metrics</li>
<li>Production &amp; Presentation of detailed cost information for key stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to accounting policies, financial procedures and other controls</li>
<li>Ensure integrity of data including accuracy/completeness of data</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Industry/Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preferred experience from financial services or minimum working in finance divisions (3-5yrs)</li>
<li>Prior experience of financial analysis &#8211; essential</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Essential-Excellent working knowledge of MS-excel such as Pivots, Lookups and small routine macros</li>
<li>Essential-Ability to manipulate Excel data for performance reporting incl. use of KPIs and other trend data</li>
<li>Essential-Must have &#8211; Good communication skills, flexibility and ability to work with teams across multiple locations</li>
<li>Desirable-MS PowerPoint, good working knowledge of integrating excel data into PowerPoint</li>
<li>Desirable-Working knowledge of MS-access, not an expert or not a MS-access programmer</li>

<p>-          This is an extremely critical part of this role and the candidate should be exceptional in not just excel and power point skills but should also have had experience in extensively working on attrition reports and all HR data reports such as <strong>leave, provident fund, tax declaration payroll, claims and re-imbursement reports, attendance data</strong>, analyzing data coming in from <strong>exit interviews</strong> and interpreting the results of the same, calculating and predicting how much attrition the organization with end the year with at the current rate, maintaining and updating the <strong>employee database</strong> which has all employee details .</p>
<p>-          Conversant with making <strong>recruitment reports</strong> and employee salary reports in excel and analyzing them and putting a presentation on the suggestions/recommendations in a word document.</p>
<p>-          The candidate should be exceptional at pulling out a <strong>power point presentation</strong> in a very short time based on raw data available in excel sheets. Additionally, if the candidate has experience in making <strong>fun/creative mailers</strong> using <strong>computer graphics</strong>, it will be an added advantage.</p>
<p><strong>Recruitment</strong>:</p>
<p>-          Should have handled recruitment processes extensively including sourcing from online portals – from sourcing profiles to scheduling and conducting interviews to making the final offer to the candidates.</p>

<p>-          A candidate who has some experience in running employee satisfaction surveys from end to end.</p>

<p>-       Experience in using psychometric tests for recruitment is preferred</p>
<p>-       100% fluency in English language expected</p>

<p>To document the L&amp;D requirements by BU and to assess employees’ L&amp;D needs and to ensure that all employees have an agreed training plan</p>
<p>To facilitate the L&amp;D programs for each BU including a plan, external support where required and costs and to develop an overall training calendar to address common L&amp;D requirements</p>
<p>To provide communication/office etiquette training to all new groups of employees and to provide one to one communication support for employees as required.</p>
<p>Assist in activities involving setting up policies and procedures for coaching and training and in establishing a robust in -house training facility.</p>
<p>To design and complete a feedback and reporting process to understand the effectiveness of the training and to ensure continuous improvement and to establish performance metrics and service levels.</p>
<p>Should have experience in personally having delivered trainings on accent neutralization, conference call, e-mail etiquette.</p>
<p>To be able to do research on and get the correct external vendor for technical trainings requested by business.</p>
<p>In cases where employees are new or where managers are handling a team for the first time, should be able to assess and recommend trainings to meet their current needs.</p>
<p>While the role is primarily that of a trainer, 30% of the work profile will involve HR work and hence experience in taking coaching and 1-0-1 sessions for employees, involvement in employee engagement activities/ any recruitment experience, any process related HR activities such payroll may also entail a smaller part of the role.</p>

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<p>Primary responsibility is to maintain up to date data on Salesforce.com wrt. to Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc..  This person will also be responsible for interfacing with the local U.S. offices to determine data stewardship needs and priorities.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Submitting requests for mass clean-up of      Account and Contact addresses/phone numbers, etc. through cases to SFDC      support team</li>
<li>Finding Contact records and Contact      information (email, phone, address) through Jigsaw and other tools for top      Accounts</li>
<li>Updating client/prospect status of Accounts</li>
<li>Flagging Opportunities with issues (e.g.,      no products, $0) for local administrators to correct</li>
<li>Cleaning up expired Leads, Opportunities,      etc. as needed</li>
<li>Updating data that flows between marketing      system (Eloqua) and sales system (Salesforce.com)</li>
<li>Interfacing with the US Sales and      Marketing Ops field team to prioritize and respond to other data issues</li>
</ul>
<p>This person will need to develop a thorough understanding usage of Salesforce.com and Eloqua and should be able to recommend improvements that will help data quality.</p>
<p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in data cleansing and updating</li>
<li>Exposure to Salesforce.com or other      popular CRM tools</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel (advanced usage),      database concept, PowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Understanding of the sales and marketing      process, including measurement and reporting standards</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and      with global teams to achieve goals</li>
<li>Ability to “investigate” and QA the data      points</li>
<li>“Can do” attitude, flexibility, ability to      respond quickly and creatively to changing requirements</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and relevant work      experience/transferable skills required</li>
</ul>
